2. AI System Limitations and Liability Disclaimer

Our conversational voice agents and calculators are provided strictly for illustrative, architectural demonstration purposes.

AI Conversations: You acknowledge that conversational AI text-to-speech models can occasionally experience technical errors or produce inaccurate statements (commonly known as "hallucinations").

No Binding Offers: Any pricing, operational timelines, package metrics, or legal guarantees stated dynamically by the automated AI demo during a phone call do not constitute a binding contract or official commercial offer from Klikon. All official pricing and operational scopes must be delivered via an authenticated written proposal by a human system specialist.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klikon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from conversational mistakes made by our automated demos, technical downtime, or your reliance on information generated by our tools.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design assets, graphic interfaces, automated prompt logic, calculator configurations, workflows, software architectures, logos, and custom code displayed on klikon.ai are the exclusive intellectual property of Klikon and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, mirror, or extract our systems or visual branding materials without our express prior written authorization.

4. User Consent for AI Interactions

By activating our Voice AI Receptionist demo via a telephone connection or web call interface, you give your explicit consent for our systems to process your spoken words in real time, generate text transcripts, and analyze your conversational inputs to execute the simulation. Our processing of this data is strictly governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
